Position Overview

eBridge is searching for a full-time sales professional in the Dallas area to create new sales opportunities for On-Line Reverse Auction Services. Sales professional will prospect, present and secure new clients by offering "best practices" procurement services to public and private entities.  You are a great fit for our team if you like to combine excellent listening skills with an outgoing personality to win new clients. You must be comfortable making phone calls every day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. If you enjoy talking to people and helping educate them on a new technology and service, this is for you!


Position Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Prospect and develop new client partnerships
  • Create strong relationships with all clients in the market area
  • Research clients, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain a database of all sales and prospecting activities
  • Deliver effective presentations
  • Stay up to date with industry knowledge, trends and market developments
  • Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years professional sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience making calls everyday
  • Proficient with web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Intermediate Word, Excel & Power Point skills
  • Direct business-to-business/complex-sales experience desired
  • Experience working with government entities or in government procurement a plus
  •  Bachelor’s degree
